How to Insert and Remove a Tampon

Learn the proper way to use your tampon for maximum comfort and effectiveness. To insert a tampon, slowly insert the applicator from the tip all the way to the grip, then push the pusher. After you’ve pushed the pusher in all the way, pull the applicator out. To remove a tampon, you'll use your thumb and finger to grip the string and pull it slowly out. Remember to properly dispose of your used tampon in the trash.

we will offer a full refund or an exchange for the same item after reviewing photo evidence.

2️⃣ Change of Mind

For exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind, return shipment to the U.S. is required.

In this case, round-trip international shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility,
