* Incorrect Address or Missing Information:
Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate.
Missing information—such as incomplete names, postal codes, or customs identification numbers—may cause delivery delays or returns.

* Tracking Availability:
Tracking details will be provided once the package is shipped, though tracking updates may vary depending on the destination country’s postal system. 

* Returned International Packages:
If a package is returned due to customs refusal, unpaid duties, or an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply. Refunds may be issued for products only, excluding shipping charges.

* 반송 안내
관세 미지급, 수입 거절, 주소 오류로 인해 반송될 경우 재배송 비용이 부과 됩니다. 환불시 최초 배송비는 환불되지 않을 수 있습니다.
