Suggested Use: Take one or two capsules (100-200 mg) to boost energy and mental performance. Do not consume more than 4 capsules in one day and space out doses 3-4 hours. If combining with caffeine, take one capsule (100 mg) and do not consume more than 200 mg of Caffeine.
Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Do not freeze or expose to moisture or heat above room temperature.
